Matt Buckles is a Vice President with INFOR Financial. Matt has more than eight years of experience spanning investment banking, institutional research, and sales & trading. Over the course of his career, he has advised on numerous transactions including M&A advisory mandates, public equity financings, private placements, reverse takeovers (RTOs), initial public offerings (IPOs), formal valuations, and fairness opinions, supporting clients across a broad range of sectors.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics, Business) from Cornell University and is a CFA Charterholder.
