Joe Winnitoy is a Vice President with INFOR Financial. Joe leads the day-to-day execution of M&A and capital raising mandates for both private and public companies across various industries, working closely with client teams and investors to create successful outcomes.

Prior to joining INFOR Financial, Joe was a member of the Corporate Finance teams at both KPMG and BDO Canada assisting middle market companies with divestitures, acquisitions and M&A strategy development as well as performing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence.

Joe holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a CPA, CA and CBV Charterholder.
