(“Hiku”) (CSE: HIKU) (together, the “Companies”) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement (the “Agreement”) pursuant to which Canopy Growth will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Hiku (the “Transaction”).
