Episode 1:

Where does it make sense to invest these days?
Jimmy Khing Shan, Partner & Portfolio Manager at Slate Securities, joins Kenrick Sylvestre to talk about real estate and what investing in real property looks like today. They discuss the historically wide spread between the ten year GOC yield and the Canadian REIT yield, how COVID-19 has affected the Canadian REIT, and why everyone seems to think they’re an untrained real estate expert.
